Water / ripples / standalone interacive touchscreen simulation in big pictureframe

How do I go about to build a standalone intercative water / ripples simulation for a big touchscreen display (to be used in a picture frame) ?

Blender is not the right software for this. The water simulation in Blender isn’t fast, accurate, or interactive. For interactive, you’ll need a game engine - maybe Godot, or Unreal Engine
