I wanted to create a fantasy landscape with a waterfall.
So fantastic work! congratulation! How much time did you spend creating this? I wish to learn something more about this scene. About lightning, amount of polys etc. Please tell us
Remind me on old good FF games
Beautiful work.
Wow. Really nice work!
Incredible work! The waterfalls look amazing! how did you make them?
Amazing. Real Final Fantasy vibes.
Man - beautiful work, Yota. There is so much subtlety in this scene - I didn’t even notice the birds until I’d watched it 4 or 5 times. At first I thought you had used a combination of animated UV’s and particles for the water, but upon closer inspection, those look like honest fluid simulations (with particles at the base of the waterfall (?). You must have a beast of a machine - my system popped a couple of capacitors just thinking about rendering this shot. I noticed the volumetric shadows going through the trees - did you actually use a volume for this and not a Mist pass? I’m assuming Marvelous Designer for the dancing girl cloth simulation - and mocap for the girl’s animation? Nice diffusion on the water … and it looks like you used trees and not cards for the distant trees - wow. I agree with others who have said that this has a very “Final Fantasy” feel to it. Would really like to know polycount/samples/render times, etc.
Again, excellent work - and so much of it!
Very nice, but with a noticeable blue cast over everything. To put it another way, desaturated. Now, maybe this is precisely the “fantasy style” that you are shooting for, and if so – you hit the bull’s eye.
I think that it would be a lot of fun to intensify the greens, maybe find some reds (on the temple? on her costume?), and basically enrich the color palette that is being used here.
Now that you say it, yeah, it has a nice FF vibe
Great work yota !
Awesome Work!
Wow man, I had to watch this a dozen times. Incredible skill and attention to detail. Absolutely ridiculous.
Beautiful work, Yota!
Looks like something straight out of Zelda, amazing work!
breath taling
I featured you on BlenderNation, have a great weekend!
Really fantastic work!
In the world of Blender 3D . There are 3 different levels…
Donut makers
Semi-pro
pro.
This guy is clearly above all 3 of these levels combined.
Killer work!
Thanks!
It takes about a month to create.
