This is my entry in the current Weekly CG Challenge: Tiny Worlds.

A lot of good entries this week, so I don’t think I can win any place.
I learnt a lot, and I recommend everyone to participate in this kind of contest!

ps If you are worried the cat will eat the little guy: the cat has no eyes :wink: due to being modeled in a hurry… so I think the little guy is fine.

Superb work, I’d draw the color curves by hand in gimp, and add some bloom etc through some various methods as well in post processing.

Thanks! I’m curious what you mean with drawing the color curves.

If you have Gimp (maybe cs4), open your image go to color, curves, then select and change smooth to freehand and play around with it in preview mode. I’ll show you an example, i also did some light dodge and burn with a special brush.

Ah, I can see that it reads more clearly when you zoom out. I’ll keep this in mind next time! Thanks for taking the time to make an example.
