Weird faces and shading when import mesh from Maya.

Here is the model imported as OBJ to Blender with smooth shading.

And here is the same model in Maya.

I’ve tried turning off auto smooth and clear custom split normals data. Is there a way to make it look smooth like in Maya without adding more poly?

You have failed to supply any demo .blend file for review. This is not acceptable for support questions. DO SO!

Therefore you need to chack these things yourself:
Clear any sharp edges that may be marked
Remove any duplicate vertices
Recalculate the face normals
Ensure you have smooth shading enabled
Endure you have no modifiers that affect edge sharpness
Check autosmooth
