Weird Model deformation while changing pose on a MagicaVoxel object in blender

Hi, I’m working on a GameJam Game and I have a problem while trying to animate a cat (yes, a cat)

When I make the whole armature, I parent it to the mesh but when I change it’s pose…

PD: I deleted the armor I made to remake it cause i though it could help, but it didn’t, so I parented 3 bones to demonstrate

As you can see, some faces separate from the whole mesh, this model was imported from MagicaVoxel with .obj extension
