Weird paint cursor in UV window

Hello,
My file has some weird paint like circular selection mode enabled in the UIV window which doesn’t allow me to do much , and I can’t select it. Can you tell me what I need to do in order to go back to the vanilla UV unwrap window/selection mode please?

UV Sculpt (shortcut Q). Look in the image editor toolshelf for sculpt options. You may want to disable ‘Lock Borders’
