Hello,
As a fairly unexperienced blenderer i would like to know what things should i download. In the sence of plug-in, script and others.
I already got the material library that i find extremely useful and the blender to terragen script. Anything else you guys may suggest.

Lots and lots of tutorials and time investments 
If you are really unexperienced, I would suggest to use Blender dry for quite a while. This is a professional program and it is complex and challenging enough. If I could recommend first downloads, then I would say: tutorials, tutorials and tutorials, nicely gathered in a folder.

Ok maybe i exagerated on the innexperience. I guess i say that when i look at what some people achieve with blender. I been playing with blender for about a year now!
It would be nice if somebody would answer.

at the very least pick up the texture and material plug-ins and have a good look or better at the documentation.
