What can I do to make my scene more realistic?

real2

Is this evee ?
Use evee next with raytracing or cycles to get ambient occlusion. The texture on the floor is a bit too big. The bump on the wall might be a bit too. It is always good to add a noise texture on top of the color to break up the uniformity, only slightly. You can use mix rgb with multiply for that.
Also maybe some scratches on the roughness channels.
What makes it look not so real is the perfection.
Maybe also use more than one lightsource.
You can also add vignette in post.

I thought it was a table at first but it’s the flooring
wood flooring is narrow and lengths are uniform but in a gradual repeating pattern that looks random at first
the wood grain would be different for each flooring plank yet all pieces would be same width
the door panel’s are too exgarrerated in the transition for the inset to the center panel, make the offets less extreme
alond the wall around the room the floor trim would be either matching the vertical door trim
other than the proportions for the inset of the door panels it could pass as realistic to some degree
concrete stained looks similar to what you have if you get the time to put in that dark a color, wood floors that are that dark are always dirty looking but for the picture it looks fine considering how dark the door and trim around it are
the texture on the wall is too uniform and doesn’t look like what is called orange peel
reduce the gloss on the floor and wall would make it seem very realistic even if you left the other elements alone
even in a photograph wall texture is hardly noticable

Improve lighting and adjust flooring.

  1. For lighting, using HDRI for the world is the easiest way.
  1. The size of the wooden flooring material does not match the reality. (Too big)
