Another GSoC projects that like Ton stated in 2008 lead to nothing?
Same like with the openNURBS importer. That guy just dropped the ball and does not have the courage to at least admit that he will not work on it anymore.

talking about nurbs, this should be one of the major priorities, at least major than animation.
I really don’t find any utility with the present nurbs from blender, is just taking up space.

I also see nice features there:
if we had trim, boolean operators, bevel, would be useful.

if Johantan does not have the time to finish the New nurbs tools
may be then find some one else who might be able to continue and hope he can finish it !
