How do you do that? It’s a such useful feature.
Find this python file "space_toolsystem_toolbar.py" in this blender directory: "blender-2.80.0-git.3539cd38a454-windows64\2.80\scripts\startup\bl_ui"
Open the file in a text editor like notepad++ or even blender’s text editor…
Find the section where the code was removed and add that back. (line 1974 or so)

Now save the file…
Launch blender… and the boy is back…
