while im sculpting i used bool tool and then black spots came out. how can i clean them?

Intersecting mesh I guess.
Goto edit mode and look if there are two meshes on top of each other…
no mesh there 
i solved problem with zbrush dynremesh. but i wanna know why it’s happening. and i have one more problem. when i work close with face’s. i masking one side and the other parties effecting.
