What is this tool? (Applying shapes of color/value to grease pencil drawing)

I’ve been learning grease pencil for videogame concept art, and so I’m eagerly seeking out cool ways to use the tool. I stumbled across this person’s page and I see that they apply floating planes of color to their 3D grease pencil drawings. Sorry if this is a noob question, I’m sure it’s very simple but I don’t know how they are doing that. I tried googling it but I’m not sure what terms to search. Can someone enlighten me?

Normal draw tool but with a new/custom material that is fill only, no stroke.
