Looks intriguing, but it’s not present in the latest 2.93 Alpha build, so yeah: what’s this? 
It looks like Cycles in the viewport with controls in the Eevee render settings.

That’s the SSGI fork. Meaning it’s a fork of the 2.93 build with SSGI implementation.

I’m really impressed of “D5 Render” and Youtube recommend this… This would be cool and all
I might be wrong but I think the best approach to fast preview and even render in viewport are the conjunction of the rasterization + ray(path)tracing real-time methods on gpu. That’s why I think D5 Render is the best idea in overall
