This may be a little subjective since it is already fixable with light paths, but there is a patch now where if it lands, will formally remove the color from the reflections in the Cycles glass shader.
#147481 - Fix #52615: Glass has colored reflection - blender - Blender Projects
The colored reflection may or may not have been related to early design decisions to keep shaders as simple as possible to avoid overwhelming the GPU compilers at the time, but I do not know just how many actually had a good use for it.

Yeah indeed, that makes totally sense. Its just that I am uncertain if it comes across as negative with not being negative enough over there.
And isnt it true, that if Hadriscus would place the poll over there, that it should just contain options how it shall not be named? It’s indeed confusing.

Very good points ! I think at this stage it’s time to ask an IA because it looks like we reached the limit of what we can do on our own… Maybe it can help for new names propositions and adding the right amount of negativity to the topic so it’s suitable for the other thread…
