ok i know its dumb, but anyway does anyone know the name of that panel at the bottom of the tools panel on the left,and if it actually has a name is there a hot key to open it , i know its click and drag but it keeps gettin stuck on me and i cant open it .

sooo no hot key as far as you know. oh well i took a shot. any body know why i gets stuck. aaa screw it it’s probably my mouse haha.
The F6 hotkey opens the same dialog under your mouse cursor.
