When exporting to COLLADA, my Computer tells me the .dae is corrupted, so does Unity

I have recently created a rigged blender-model of a robot.
I tried to export it, but my computer showed no preview and the computer (I’m using a mac btw) and Unity told me the file was corrupted. I tried reexporting multiple Times, changed Settings and tried an online converter, but the results were the same.
I’m curious on what I did wrong, because Blender as well as the online converter showed no errors while converting it.

I should also add that this one has Shape Keys and Animations.

Please help me, where did I go wrong?
