So when I grab things in edit mode and move things around, everything becomes bizarre.

I’m not sure what you mean by “bizarre”, if you mean that more is moving than you selected, it’s because Proportional Editing is on. Press O to turn it off
I mean when I try to model sth it becomes it moves the whole thing for no reason like it glitched

Yeah you have proportional editing turned on, that’s not a glitch, that’s intended behavior. Just turn it off- press O

Before I download your file, have you tried my suggestion? Because from your screenshots, my solution will fix your problem. Your second screenshot is showing exactly what happens when you Move with Proportional Editing on. Turn Proportional Editing off, tell me if that works, and then I will download your file. I can’t help you further until you try what I already have suggested
