Where can i get the zip file of user's instructions

Hello,
I am a user of blender 2.33 and I have a big difficulties with the using of blender 2.33 therefore I would like to have the zip file of the user’s manual of blender 2.33, my question is to know where can I get it because to consult it on Internet return to me too expensive because here to Congo brazzaville the Internet is still a luxury, thank you for your assistance
