Where did the button brush go in the Blender interface?

I am trying to use an image so I can use it as a brush and paint over my object using Texture paint mode. I am wondering where did the brush button from blender 2.5 go in 2.6x? I cannot apply my image to the brush without it. Here is a screenshot of what am looking for in 2.6x
