Where do I change the colour of the tool settings bar? Since the Header and tool settings bar were inverted, I find the grey bar that cuts of part of the editor annoying. So I am hoping to give it a fully transparent colour.

Found it, it’s in the editor’s theme space, so for the 3D view go to the 3D Viewport section > expand theme space > Header.
