Where is the option to add new brushes in 2.80?

I’m following a series by Andrew Price. He uses Blender 2.79, but I’m following the same series with 2.80. By far I’ve managed to follow the tutorials. But here I’m stuck.

He adds a new brush when creating scratches.

But in 2.80 there’s no option to add new brush.

I’m not able to proceed from here. Any ideas?

I think it got moved to the active tool settings on the right if that’s what you mean -
