where is User Preferences > File Paths > Python Script in blender 2.59?

I’m trying to place the Mixamo 1.4.1 Collada Importer plug-in. In their site, maxima guides to create a user script file any where on hard drive and set it to be your Python scripts directory in User Preferences > File Paths.
I do see scripts but can not find python script. I tried using script but it does not work.
help.

The only script I can find on thier site is for blender 2.49 so is useless for blender 2.59.
