Where is View3d located

So I just installed via the Add-ons the “Tri-Lighting” addon. In the documentation it says it is loacated under View 3d > Add >Lights. Where can I find view 3d?

It’s the main 3D viewport. There’s an Add menu at the top. Stuff should be under Shift+A too
