which video formats does blender support?

Why are you using AviRaw ? that format is not for your final render. It is an uncompressed format without support for audio, used as an intermediate format.

When you select something like H264 or xvid or MPEG-4 etc you get preset options for your encoding, try them.

What are you going to use the video for ? How are you going to play it ? What formats does the playback device/software support etc
