Why aren't my clouds as bulgy as the tutorial?

As I was following this tutorial:

I managed to get to this output:

Note: I have adjusted the values for the scale I was using. Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot of the updated values.

I would like the clouds to be bulgier and less uniform as given in the tutorial, but on the scale that I require. How to make that happen?

The “bulgyness” is controlled by the ocean modifier parameters pause the video to copy his settings.
