I am trying liquids
Blender is so frustrating - i would rather be creative!
i see the liquid OUTSIDE the glass thing - why can i see thru it.
it is supposed to be invisible.
as it will go inside a glass - glass
thanks all

your material for glass is not transparent. google for blender material settings glas/water.
glass is transparent? look at the pic.
what am i missing?
thanks
The alpha value for the glass material is set to 1.000 (A, below the RGB values). This is opaque, a value of 0.000 is fully transparent.

You need to either click Ztransp or Raytransp button on the glass material.
looks to me like you just have the fresnel settings up with out the transparency on which will just show the background color not what’s behind it.
thanks all
