Why do I have blurry textures?
I’m new to the Blender, I tried to increase the map and texture to 4k, but it still turns out blurry
Hi there, welcome!
I see that you are in texture paint mode. But I guess it is a texture from an image right?
For me, it seems the original picture is simply a low resolution one, (also compared to the object size). You can even see the pixels on the left side.
You mentioned a 4k image. Are you sure the original image really is 4k? Blender can re-size textures, but scaling up, you should not have a better image if the original is low res you see.
Happy blending!
Thanks a lot for the reply, I’ll check it out.
Maybe isn’t what you need, but to avoid blurring in the texture there is an option in the image texture node for bitmap interpolation, and is “Closest” that don’t ad blurring.
if I turn on the Closet, then pixels appear) Is it not possible to draw from a close distance? I thought the closer you draw, the better the detail, but it turns out the opposite. I move the terrain away and then add texture with one brush stroke, then it turns out more or less, and when you’re close, you’re super pixels)
You cannot expect to draw in high resolution on a low resolution image, you must necessarily have a high resolution image because what you want to do is not possible, there is no adjustment based on proximity
thank you!
