Why doesn't my hair cast shadow?

I’m usng cycles. Why does my hair only cast shadow under sun light? When I use other lights such as point light there is no shadow casting from hair ?

Did you turn on shadows in the light panel and turn on contact shadows if using Eevee?

Only 3 point lamps.
