Scratching my head as to why a Diffuse texture is emitting.
are there any values on the image which are greater hten 1?
If your ‘MarbleWhite0042…’ is not an HDRI file, than your material is not emitting any light but just reflecting it.
You can lower your light intensity, or you can raise the absortion of your material by lowering the color value of your texture.
(plugging a ‘Brightness/contrast’ between the texture and the Diffuse, or a MixRGB with black in one of the slots will solve the problem)
Also, check if your object has the correct material assign to those faces. (as I can see you have mixed materials at least in ‘PedestrianBarriers’, maybe you did it also in your marble object)
