I really appreciate Pablo’s non-fanboy look at Blender’s development, recognizing while we have many exciting developments with 2.8, there are very important drawbacks that need to be addressed.
This actually makes me really hopeful for Blender’s development because it shows the developers are not in their own little bubble but are clearheaded about where Blender is lacking, and thus are keeping tabs on what needs to happen as development continues. Glad Pablo decided to share his thoughts.
