At last I make it final! It’s my entry to Wild West Challenge on Artstation.

Everything is done in Blender and Substance Painter. And a bit of Marvelous Designer.

(Joshua Reimer) #2

Great work.

(Artstallion) #3

great work. I’m a bit critical of that goat skull, maybe something else which has more reference to wild west. But otherwise I love it.

(Iridesium) #4

Definitely has a very nice feel! I love it!

Is the skull (bovine skull I believe) a scan?

(Bohdan Lvov) #5

@Iridesium yup, I referenced cow skull for that.
No, it’s totally sculpted from a sphere.

@Joshua_Reimer @Artstallion thanks!

(Bart Veldhuizen) #6

#featured, enjoy

(Bohdan Lvov) #7

Wow, thank you! That’s an honor!

(Bauke Post) #8

This is so awesome! I saw this in the Flipped Normals Discord, but I didn’t know you used Blender.

(usernew) #9

This is excellent!

(Michael Rohrssen) #10

How did you do the netting on the balloon?

(Bohdan Lvov) #11

It was long and exhausting process of lying down splines.

(Michael Rohrssen) #12

Ouch. I kinda thought so, I was just hoping there was a less painful way of doing this :frog:

(PolyGreen) #13

saw your entry on Artstation and really loved it. Especially kudos on the balloon… fantastic job my man.

(Bohdan Lvov) #14

thank you, mah dude!

(IDSG) #15

I like ! You did a lot of job ! You could try to pay more attention to the collisions because there are ropes that go through the mongolfier otherwise it’s really cool for the vehicles!
