Thank you! I’m using Real Snow, its a built in Blender addon and I play with its bump map and displacement for better result.

Beautiful. A spark of excitement and anticipation - mostly with the hint of life you gave with the title of your post. I wonder how the image could give that hint by itself, to not even need the post title for that.

I can feel the chills and static-ness with the ice, the fog, and the dim lighting. Although I wonder, if the statue has icicles, why the rock arc and the seemingly frozen tree stumps do not.
