Will the topoligy tools be worked on after bug fixes?

I only ask cause it is a very very useful tool but just missing a few things of course, as a very greatfull user.
I have found it to be nearly faster just to recreate a mesh from scratch when i comes to needing to wrap mesh around a leg or arm.*

Is their any idea how wrapping an edge loop or rings of mesh to conform around a leg or arm for example at the sametime regardless of the view point.*

That would make it crazy fast to use and far greater speed up tool to use.*
