Windows gone

I pressed a button and i dont know what and now blender’s like the pic and I cant get my buttons window back can someone help me. by the way it wont let me create any more windows or split the screen in any way

You’ve just ‘maximized’ the window.

You can :

press - CTRL-upArrow or Ctr-DownArrow or SH-Space bar or choose ‘Tile Window’ from the view menu.

Shift space did the trick thanks a lot
