good job as always, i got some comments that are up for debate based on the context of each image. for the first picture i feel like there is alot going without a clear focus but maybe the landscape is the focus.
for the balcony render maybe we could add something onto the horizon like the some hills or maybe the a dummy city based on your context.
Also i would add some interiors or curtains on some windows to add variations.
Ofcoure this is WIP so maybe the comments are irrelevant for as you still working on it .

The client wanted exterior shots (main use for the website/ and some for socials - square format). This time the landscape was the focus as the client dont want interiors from us. (Usually, we solve everything)
They wanted images that create the mood of living there in the future and the location is next to fields.
This was the main final image we already delivered:
As some renders of this project are still WIP - curtains might help to achieve the result, thank you very much!

Only thing I would do is: do the same post processing that you did on the render for the original drone shot. Try to match the exposure, contrast and colour of the render.

are you using a hdri or using sky system?

98 % of the time I am using HDRI - sometimes I do combine HDRI 2x
