You need to expand the back of the neck a little. At the moment, there is no room for a spinal column to pass from her skull to her back. So the back of the neck needs to be made straighter and thicker.
And get rid of that seam, where the two halves join.

Well, with the minimal amount of verts you have on the head, it looks very good and detailed. Maybe add some more edge loops and get some more detail in there.
