Overall lighting and materials are very good.
That empty space above fireplace definitely needs a painting or something.
You could higher the bookcase till the ceiling.
Chairs should face each other and coffee table in the middle maybe (In front of windows)?
Wood floor pattern looks too wide/big at only first render (Probably because of your camera setup)?
Bookcase near the piano looks empty. I mean there are lots of books laying around but top shelves being entirely empty doesn’t feel right.

The fireplace material seems too smooth and lacking details.

The flowers seem too white and perfect.

The piano stool top could use some wrinkles or other imperfections.
If you want to make the scene look more interesting, add more items to shelves and texture to the fireplace wall.
