Workflow for exporting Blender HDR to Davinci Resolve HDR?

I’m diving into the HDR world and can’t seem to get a match between what I see in Blender and what I see in Resolve. These are image sequences exported in 16-bit PNG format with baked view transforms (ACES 2.0).

I have Blender set to output Rec 2100 HLG and the Resolve project is set to “Davinci YRGB Color Managed”. In Resolve, I have tried both automatic color management set to HDR processing mode with HDR HLG output and manual processing mode set to HDR Rec 2020 HLG with Rec 2100 HLG output. Auto vs manual processing produces different brightness levels but neither is a match to what I see in Blender. In Resolve, input color space on the clip is set to Rec2100 HLG.

I also have HDR enabled in Windows (it identifies my monitor as compatible) and Resolve Preferences/General has “Use 10 bit…” selected along with “Use Windows display color management…” selected. My understanding is that is required to make HDR work in Resolve under Windows.

Despite all of that, the images in Resolve are still not a decent match to what I see in Blender. In general the images in Blender have much brighter brights and are more saturated. I have to bump the brights way up in Resolve to get it to kind-of match but it never looks like what I see in Blender - the contrast is always off.

Has anybody done this (Blender HDR → Resolve HDR) and found a way to make it work? There are several YouTube tutorials that kind-of cover some of the topics (the basis of the workflow above) but none of them seem to work for me.

Thanks
