Does any own a Workstation PC, what kind is it and do like it. Also, is a Workstation Pc worth spending money on?
I think at this point with all the options to build your own machine /have a machine built for you the term “workstation” is very fluid, like, it should have windows NT on it right? Stack it up man, there are a few places that custom build for you and have 3 year warranties on hardware, and the price can be 1/2 that of name brand places.
Really depends on how serious you are about 3D. If it’s just your hobby then I guess you could get a more powerful PC if you wanted, but unless you’re really into it, it’s not really a necessary to have a computational monster. (not that it wouldn’t be nice to have though:cool:)
