my uncle has asked for me to help him out a little with a project,
but i really need a decent flat texture for gravy and custard?
could anyone manage to get a High Quality texture of gravey and custard?

For the gravy, try doing a bumpmap with a procedural cloud texture. Make it subtle, though. Some color variations with clouds or something similar wouldn’t hurt, either. Custard is basically the same.
its gotta be hyper realistic?
