Wrong selection

I have a unusual problem, when I’m trying to select single point (with “c” key, border select or even right clicking) more point are selected, it work similar to “select similar” in select menu at the bottom.
And my question is: how to turn it off, or repair it?

This is a common issue. In your graphics card control panel turn off anti-aliasing for blender.
