For those of you lucky enough to be running Linux, here’s a font sheet for the type1 fonts that come with Xfree86.

I got tired of going through them to find what worked so I loaded a .blend with all that would load clean. A few cause blender to crash and I’ve noted them, and a few were special character thingys that didn’t have a full alphabet which I didn’t load.
I’ll have to say that loading 50+ fonts to a .blend slowed my machine (1ghz, 650 megs) to a crawl, but it worked. I’m on Blender 2.03 waiting patiently for the cvs to work for me.
Anyway, I haven’t seen anything like this on the web and thought it might be useful to someone.
