Xenomorph Sarcophagus

Hey everyone, I hope that you’re all doing well. Due to the large scope of my Pinhead project, which I did not take into account… sadly it won’t make the Halloween deadline. Instead, I’ve decided to replace it with an older project that did not require a lot of work.

This project was a very simplistic piece. I tried to capture the atmosphere that the Alien films are well known for. As you might have noticed, I love weather, especially when it rains. Makes everything new. Please note that the franchise never included any burial of any sort for Aliens. This is my adaptation and concept. Thank you for viewing my work and please take care. :blush:

Wherever Ripley turned up with her cat Jones, people died. Not that I’m suggesting anything.

Having finally watched Alien Romulus less than 16 hours ago (when I should’ve been sleeping), this feels like that scene from the film. Great work!

Never really came to mind. I do know though that cats are Guardians of the Underworld in Egyptian Mythology. :slightly_smiling_face:

Oh man, you’re so lucky to have seen it. That is the only one I haven’t watched yet. AVP is my favourite.

the ambiance is pretty cool Bennie.

Thank you, George. :blush::folded_hands:

Thank you, Michael. :blush::folded_hands: Yes and No… some parts use height maps and some were sculpted. I think the angle at which it was placed might have given the illusion that it was sculpted entirely. Thanks again, Michael.
