This is a basic spaceship that I’ve been working on. It’s my first :). It’s only a gray model, as materials, lighting, compositing, etc… will be done later once the model is completely finished.
Made by editing and extruding a circle, wings retopologised with BSurfaces.
Any criqitue / advice is highly appreciated :D!
This looks really good for a first try. One thing I would recommend is that the nose of the ship could be extended a bit as the angle up is quite steep. Also, I would possibly recommend adding some shape to the underside of the ship to make it a bit better, but that’s up to you.
All in all, I would say a very good model.
Looks nice! It reminds me a lot of a space shuttle. I would do what penguinmagnet said, also I would look for places to put greebles. If you don’t know what a greeble is, look it up on wikipedia. Also, a place for the pilot to get in/out would be helpful.
