Yafray doesn't show textures?

I downloaded the CGSphere template, then I made a wine glass. And when I try to render it in Yafray, the grid doesn’t show up.

You have to convert the grid image to a jpeg and re-apply the texture. Yafray doesn’t recognize tga.
