I addeda simple Image type texture in Blender. Blender Internal renders it fine but YafRay only renders the material :(.
I started Blender from CLI and Yafray said it can’t load the image. I checked out and the image was there so I thought it has to be a format problem and I was correct. Yafray doesn’t support PNG (which I use for almost anything).
yeah YafRay is a bitch like that really haha, i first found that problem, PNG will render in blender internal but not Yafray
have you tried UV mapping your texture’s, i have found its alot easier you just got to make sure that the TextFace button on your material settings before rendering!
