YAFRAY + WINDOWS XP = WORKS!!!

well i finally got the yafray to work!
come to find out, the .0.0.6 version installer works perfectly.
nothing to set up, nothing to turn on, not even a specific directory to install too.
just download it here www.rusmannx.com/yafray.0.0.6win.exe, install it, set the path in blender (it’s in user preferences), select the yafray engine and your done!!!

i hope no one minds me hosting this file on my site for people to download. if i’m not supposed to then i’ll delete it from my server.

I’m on day 2 with Blender, got Python working this morning and (motivated by your post) I downloaded and installed Yafray this evening. Works like a champ, first try with XP SP2.
