Yin yang

Here is an image I just came up with in the last half an hour. I had made the models a while ago. I would really appreciate critiques on everything, I’m still a noob. I would especially like critiques on the composition/ lighting. Mostly done with compositor + a little gimp for color correction. I can’t decide weather I should go for completely 2D look by having no shading on the right face or if I should have more definition with shading and lighting on both faces. Thanks http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=2232389722&size=lhttp://farm3.static.flickr.com/2069/2232389722_641dea370a_b.jpg.

Nice idea. I think you should use a reference photo for the models, and make them 3D.

After all, this is a forum for 3D graphics. :^)

Go for 3D or else it will look too boring and it reminds me of this optical illusion picture with the two people talking or the vase.
In order to support your theme more I would also suggest to give the two heads contrary emotions. Like Sadness and Happiness or the like.

I’m going to disagree with the previous posters and say that you should go for a 2D look. I think it will be much more elegant and visually appealing that way.

Eh… actually, if I’m not mistaken this is a forum for Blender. Whether the images posted here are 2D or 3D is pretty irrelevant.
