I would like to share with you renders from the latest project
I am rendering the final animation at the moment and soon it will be published
This project had everything - exterior shots, interior shots, details, aerial shots (photo + 3d combination) animation, and a VR tour - We are also working on website for the developer here is a test version where you can see all the animations:
One experiment was to create a clay render virtual tour, for developer we did render out only empty space (without furniture) so clients could also view an empty space. But here is an example of clay 360 :
I understand what you are going for with these but from an aestethical standpoint I dont think they are very pleasing. It is mostly 1 movement (turning to the right) and there is little aestethical interest (in the animation itself I mean - the renders are fantastic!). I think it could improve greatly if there is a more thoughtful movement through the spaces, maybe one time zooming, one time looking from down to up (where it makes sense of course), etc.
From a technical standpoint, the lack of motion blur takes away my focus
