it might be best to avoid using some really fancy material setups/nodes (baking the textures first might help for some cases)

We do our best to process those, but only supply the basics.

Is there an alternative to the glass shader I can use or a setting I need to change.

You can set up glass/refraction in the 3D editor on Sketchfab:

Soo I wasn’t able to upload my entry to sketchfab in time.
But I am really hoping that Bart will make an exception for my entry.
I hope you enjoy it as I did making it.
